Who we are
RGR Construction and Roofing, LLC brings over 25 years of roofing and general construction experience to local residential and commercial projects. We plan roofing, remodeling and additions, and structural and exterior work around the property, the agreed scope and the work needed to complete it.
Those capabilities come together under one company. Whether the work is a focused roof repair, a home improvement, or a project with several connected construction needs, our team works from an understood scope with clear project oversight.
We work with homeowners, businesses, property owners, and property managers who want practical information about their property and accountability throughout the work.
The RGR difference
A property problem does not always stop at the roofline. Roofing, decking, framing, exterior components, and interior damage can be connected. Additions and remodeling can bring those same building systems together.
RGR’s roofing and general construction capability allows us to coordinate approved work when a project extends beyond one trade.
Residential and commercial roof repair, replacement and roofing systems suited to your property.
More space, better interiors and planned exterior improvements, including decks, porches and outdoor living.
Structural and exterior construction repairs, damage restoration and substantial rebuilding with a defined scope.
Licensed to build
Our general contractor license supports construction capability beyond roofing-only work. Where the project calls for it, customers can work with RGR across connected roofing, remodeling, structural, and exterior construction scopes.
Project requirements still govern the work. Engineering, architectural design, specialty-trade licenses, and any required permits or inspections remain part of the process where applicable.

How we work
RGR project managers oversee projects from planning through completion, helping coordinate scheduling, materials, crews, communication, documentation, and project closeout.
This gives your project a clear point of oversight as the approved work moves forward. The level of coordination reflects the scope and conditions of the property, with communication about project details and any agreed changes along the way.
Review the approved scope, project requirements, scheduling needs, materials, access, and relevant documentation.
Coordinate crews, materials, communication, scheduling, and project details as approved construction progresses.
Review completed work, project documentation, remaining items, and closeout requirements.
Built for Southeastern North Carolina
Roofing and exterior construction in Wilmington and the surrounding coastal communities need to account for wind, heavy rain, storms, humidity, and coastal exposure. Existing property conditions, water management, and material selection all influence a practical construction plan.
RGR brings local experience to those decisions, whether we are reviewing a roof, planning an exterior repair, or coordinating improvements to an existing home.
“Greg was excellent and we are very happy with our renovation.”
“The pool deck extension flowed seamlessly into the original deck. County inspector was impressed with the quality of work.”
“Andrew found that the problem stemmed from a nail hole.”
