Starting Point
The Leland home had an uncovered upper deck with white vertical railings. The project expanded that outdoor area and added a roof over the elevated seating space.
Our Work
We expanded the elevated deck and installed support posts and framing for a new gable-roof porch. The construction photos show the open roof framing and the roofing work before the finished exterior views. Shingle roofing, exterior trim and matching siding complete the new roof structure.
Cable railing replaces the previous vertical railing around the covered seating area. Inside the porch, the photographs show a finished wood ceiling above a furnished outdoor seating area. The completed front and side views show how the new porch connects to the existing house.
