These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by RGR Construction and Roofing, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial services including but not limited to:
- Roof inspections
- Roof repairs
- Roof replacements
- FORTIFIED™ roofing systems
- Structural repairs
- Decks, porches and home additions
- Storm and fire damage restoration
- Remodels and exterior renovations
All work is governed by a separate written contract outlining project scope, pricing, materials, payment schedule, and warranty terms.
3. Estimates
- All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Roofing quotes assume adequate existing roof structure and sheathing. Additional charges may apply if repair or replacement is required.
- Hidden or concealed damage discovered during construction may require change orders.
- Estimates are valid for a limited time as stated in the proposal.
- Material pricing is subject to supplier fluctuations.
Work will not begin until a signed agreement is executed.
4. Change Orders
Any modification to the original scope of work must be documented in writing and approved before additional work is performed.
Additional work may impact project cost and timeline.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard, ACH/bank transfer, and checks. Financing options are also available for qualified customers.
Payment schedules vary by project and are established in the customer’s proposal or contract.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of work and may be subject to remedies allowed under North Carolina law, including lien rights.
6. Insurance Claims
If assisting with insurance-related repairs:
- Claim approval is determined solely by the insurance carrier.
- We do not guarantee claim approval.
- Supplemental requests may be submitted if additional damage is discovered.
- Homeowners remain responsible for deductible payments.
RGR acts as the construction contractor only and does not act as a public adjuster. Your insurer determines coverage and claim approval.
7. Permits & Code Compliance
Where required, permits will be obtained in accordance with local building codes.
All work is performed to meet or exceed applicable North Carolina building standards.
8. Project Conditions
Homeowners agree to:
- Provide clear access to work areas
- Remove vehicles and personal property from job site
- Secure pets during construction
- Allow reasonable use of driveway and property for materials and equipment
We are not responsible for minor landscaping disturbance inherent to construction operations.
9. Warranties
Limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on applicable roofing materials, subject to manufacturer terms, eligibility, limitations, and exclusions.
5-year workmanship warranty, subject to the applicable agreement and warranty terms.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by severe weather events
- Improper maintenance
- Third-party modifications
- Structural movement outside our control
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law:
RGR Construction and Roofing, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services performed.
Liability shall not exceed the total contract value paid.
11. Website Use
Users of our website agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt site functionality
- Reproduce content without permission
