We replaced the deteriorated structural members and sheathing to restore the home's integrity before proceeding with the new installation. We installed a new ReliaBilt Series 150 vinyl single-hung window featuring low-E argon glass for improved energy efficiency. To ensure long-term moisture protection, we applied new Amocowrap air infiltration barriers and high-quality flashing tape around the entire window frame. The project was finalized by reinstalling the siding and shutters to provide a seamless and watertight finish.
