This project focused on the existing concrete stairs and landings serving Waterway Lodge, a commercial lodging property in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. RGR repaired and refinished multiple treads and landing surfaces, then applied a custom-color concrete floor coating. The original project record identifies the coating as Sherwin-Williams.

The stair runs connect exterior access landings alongside the building. Dark railings border the steps, and white walls adjoin the landing surfaces. The selected photographs show the gray coating across the treads, risers and landings, with close views of the transitions between these surfaces.

An upward view shows the coated stair flight, while downward views document the steps and intermediate landing. A separate photograph shows the access landing beside the building. Together, these views document the concrete repair and coating scope at its recorded completed stage.
