What We Found
The poolside deck had damaged handrails and compromised wood joists. Removing the deck boards exposed the framing for the structural repair work.
Work Completed
RGR protected the adjacent pool with heavy-duty tarps, then removed the existing decking boards and damaged handrails. The team dismantled compromised wood joists and cleared the resulting debris from the site. Following demolition, new pressure-treated supports were used to reinforce the framing.
