From inspection to final review

1. Inspection and consultation

RGR reviews your concerns, accessible roof conditions, drainage, ventilation clues and storm exposure. The conversation identifies the questions that need to be answered before a construction scope is selected.

2. Planning and preparation

The proposal defines work, materials and exclusions. Scheduling, access, property protection, material delivery and any required approvals are coordinated before construction.

3. Installation and communication

Crews complete the approved roofing work while the project manager coordinates the sequence and communication. Concealed conditions and proposed changes are documented and discussed.

4. Quality checks and documentation

RGR reviews key roof details and records the agreed work as it progresses. Cleanup, finished details and remaining concerns are included in the closeout review.

5. Final walkthrough and warranty information

The final discussion covers completed work, cleanup, questions and the written coverage that applies. Contractor workmanship and manufacturer product warranties are separate and depend on the project documents.

Decisions to discuss before work starts
