Project Details
RGR replaced the shingle roof on this Wilmington residence using CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood. The project photographs follow several stages of the work, from opened decking and underlayment preparation to the installed shingle courses.
During tear-off, one view shows a strip of roof decking removed with the framing exposed beneath it. Another shows underlayment across part of the roof while ladders and roofing materials remain in place. These photographs document intermediate work, before that portion of the roof was covered with shingles.
The installed-roof views show the shingle pattern along the ridge and across the slope beside a skylight. A closer view records the shingles adjoining a brick chimney. These different angles show the roof surface and its intersections with features on the home.
The roof replacement is complete. The selected gallery includes both the work sequence and views of the installed roofing.
