2. Scope of Services
We provide residential and commercial construction and roofing services, including but not limited to:

- FORTIFIED™ roofing systems
- Residential roofing services
- Commercial roofing services
- Structural repairs
- Deck construction and porch construction
- Roof additions
- Exterior renovations
- Interior renovations
- Storm damage restoration
- Fire and smoke restoration
All work is governed by a separate written contract, proposal, or service agreement outlining project scope, pricing, materials, payment schedule, warranty terms, and project-specific requirements.
3. Estimates
All estimates are based on the information available and visible conditions at the time of inspection, review, or project evaluation.

Change orders may be required for hidden damage, structural repairs, code-related upgrades, customer-requested changes, material changes, or additional labor not included in the original agreement.
Additional work may impact project cost, timeline, scheduling, and material requirements.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in each project agreement, proposal, invoice, or written contract.

- Final payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Additional work, approved change orders, or hidden damage repairs may require additional payment.
Failure to make timely payment may result in suspension of work, delay of scheduling, withholding of warranty documentation, collection action, and remedies allowed under North Carolina law, including lien rights when applicable.
6. Insurance Claims
If services involve insurance-related repairs, storm damage, or claim-related documentation, approval of coverage is determined solely by the insurance carrier.

Project pricing and timelines may be affected by permitting, inspections, code requirements, plan review, jurisdictional approvals, and inspection scheduling.
All work is performed to meet applicable North Carolina building standards and project-specific requirements as outlined in the written agreement.
8. Project Conditions
Customers agree to provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to work areas before and during construction.
- Provide clear access to work areas.
- Remove vehicles, outdoor items, and personal property from job site areas when requested.
- Secure pets during construction.
- Allow reasonable use of driveway and property areas for materials, equipment, dumpsters, trailers, and work access.
- Notify RGR Construction & Roofing, LLC of known hazards, access issues, structural concerns, or property conditions that may affect the work.
Construction work may involve noise, vibration, dust, debris, material staging, and temporary disruption to normal property use. RGR Construction & Roofing, LLC is not responsible for minor landscaping disturbance or site disruption that is reasonably associated with construction operations.
9. Scheduling & Delays
Project schedules are estimates and may be affected by weather, permitting, inspections, material availability, supplier delays, hidden damage, change orders, subcontractor availability, safety concerns, emergency work, or other conditions outside the company’s reasonable control.
RGR Construction & Roofing, LLC will make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes and project updates when delays occur.
10. Warranties
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials as provided by the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty coverage may depend on product selection, installation requirements, registration, maintenance, and manufacturer terms.
Workmanship warranties, if offered, will be outlined in the project contract or written agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Damage caused by severe weather events, storms, wind, hail, hurricanes, floods, fire, or acts of nature.
- Improper maintenance or lack of maintenance.
- Third-party modifications, repairs, or damage.
- Structural movement, settlement, or pre-existing building conditions outside our control.
- Customer-requested exclusions, deferred repairs, or work not included in the written scope.
- Manufacturer defects or product issues covered separately by the manufacturer.
Warranty terms may vary by project, product, manufacturer, and written agreement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, RGR Construction & Roofing, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, service inquiries, project delays, insurance carrier decisions, third-party services, manufacturer issues, weather events, or circumstances outside the company’s reasonable control.
