We addressed an active chimney leak in Wilmington that was causing visible water damage to the interior ceiling and walls. Our team inspected the exterior chimney chase and identified failing flashing and a corroded metal cap as the primary entry points for moisture. We removed the compromised materials and performed the necessary repairs to secure the roof-to-wall junctions. We installed new metal flashing and a replacement chimney cap to provide a weather-tight seal against the elements. To match the existing roof, we utilized GAF Timberline HD shingles in Hunter Green and applied high-quality sealant along the vinyl siding transitions. These improvements stopped the interior water intrusion and restored the structural integrity of the chimney's exterior.

We completed a comprehensive roof repair project for these multi-story brick townhouses located in Sunset Beach. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing damaged roofing material to inspect the underlying structure and ensure long-term durability. We identified and replaced compromised plywood sheathing and oriented strand board panels to create a solid foundation for the new roofing system. To provide superior moisture protection, we installed RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and Owens Corning Oakridge AR shingles in New Williamsburg Gray. The project also involved meticulous flashing work around the brick chimneys and the installation of ridge vents for improved attic ventilation. We finished the installation by updating gutter components, leaving the property fully protected from the elements.
