Sunset Beach Townhome Roof Repair and Decking Replacement with Owens Corning

This Sunset Beach, NC roofing project involved repairs to multi-story brick townhomes, including removal of damaged roofing materials and replacement of compromised roof decking. RGR Construction and Roofing, LLC inspected the underlying structure, replaced damaged plywood and OSB sheathing, and prepared the roof system for improved strength, moisture protection, and long-term durability.
