Owens Corning Duration Roof Replacement in Ocean Isle Beach

We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this elevated coastal home in Ocean Isle Beach. Our team began by removing the existing compromised asphalt shingles and performing a thorough inspection of the roof deck. We identified and replaced damaged OSB sheathing panels to ensure a solid and secure foundation for the new materials.

We installed Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles, selected for their durability and wind resistance in coastal environments. The project also included the installation of new ridge vents, plumbing boot flashings, and white metal gutters to improve drainage and ventilation. We utilized thermal imaging and moisture detection tools throughout the process to verify a completely watertight finish.
