Oak Island FORTIFIED Roof Upgrade with Georgetown Gray Shingles

This Oak Island roofing project was completed as a full FORTIFIED roof replacement designed for stronger performance in a coastal environment. After removing the original roofing materials, our team evaluated the roof deck, reinforced the sheathing where needed, and prepared the home for a more resilient system built to handle wind, rain, and moisture exposure.

To complete the upgrade, we installed a new CertainTeed Landmark Pro Max Def roof in Georgetown Gray along with moisture-protective underlayment and key components required for a high-performing assembly.
