Kitchen Updates, Butler Pantry Removal, and Outdoor Shower Installation in Progress in Hampstead

Our team is currently completing a combination of interior and exterior improvements for this Hampstead residence. The project includes removing the existing butler pantry, relocating recessed lighting, removing unused electrical components, repairing the ceiling and drywall, and replacing the flooring in the affected area.

Kitchen updates include carefully removing and saving the existing granite countertops, preparing the cabinetry, installing new butcher block countertops, sealing and finishing the surfaces, reconnecting plumbing fixtures, and adjusting the first row of subway tile to accommodate the new countertop height.

Exterior work includes installing a custom hot-and-cold outdoor shower system with new water lines, a stainless-steel mixing valve and shower fixture, a pressure-treated lumber privacy enclosure, and proper gravel drainage.
