This Wilmington, NC roof replacement upgraded a two-story residential home with a stronger FORTIFIED roofing system built for long-term coastal protection. RGR Construction and Roofing removed the existing shingles, inspected the roof deck, replaced damaged plywood where needed, and installed CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Colonial Slate for a clean, durable finish.
The project included upgraded roof components designed to improve storm resistance, moisture protection, ventilation, and overall roof performance in southeastern North Carolina weather.
