Roof Replacement Using CertainTeed Landmark Pro Shingles in Wilmington NC
We completed a full residential roof replacement for a single-story home in Wilmington, North Carolina. This project involved stripping the existing weathered asphalt shingles down to the decking to address localized sagging and wear. We worked within an insurance workscope to ensure all damaged materials were removed and the structure was fully restored. Our team installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Weathered Wood, supported by WinterGuard waterproofing underlayment and Grace Ice and Water Shield. We also improved the home’s efficiency by installing a GAF Green Machine solar roof vent and new white drip edges. The finished roof offers enhanced durability and moisture protection for this coastal property.
