Oak Island Mansard Roof Fortification with CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black

This Oak Island, NC project involved a full mansard roof replacement built to meet FORTIFIED roof standards for stronger coastal protection. RGR Construction and Roofing, LLC removed the existing roofing materials, inspected the roof deck, and installed a new CertainTeed Landmark roofing system in Moire Black.

The upgraded mansard roof system improves wind resistance, weather protection, and long-term durability while giving the home a clean, sharp exterior finish suited for coastal North Carolina conditions.
