This Oak Island, NC roofing project included roof replacement work with new 7/16 in. OSB sheathing installed to create a solid foundation for the roofing system. RGR Construction and Roofing removed the affected roofing materials, inspected the roof deck, and replaced damaged or weakened decking before completing the roof installation.
The repair helped strengthen the roof structure, improve weather protection, and support long-term durability against rain, wind, humidity, and coastal North Carolina conditions.
